6. The secretary shall forward the documents prescribed in section 2 to the board of directors. At the first meeting following receipt of the documents, the board of directors shall decide, in accordance with this Regulation, whether to grant the diploma equivalence and shall notify the person in writing within 30 days following the date of its decision.
